1.Seller

2.Age restriction
Our products contain alcohol. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age on delivery and refuse delivery to minors.
3.Orders and contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Product images are illustrative; labels and vintages may vary slightly. Products are available while stocks last.
4.Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected store and include VAT. You can pay by card (processed by Stripe), by bank transfer or cash on delivery where offered. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion fees.
5.Delivery
We deliver by courier within the countries listed at checkout. You may also collect your order from our office. Delivery fees are shown before you place your order.
6.Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by notifying us at info@lluxefruvino.com. Goods must be returned unopened, complete and properly packaged; the direct cost of return is borne by the buyer. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
7.Resellers and partner programme
Reseller accounts are subject to approval; resellers receive an individually agreed discount and earn no commission. Customers in the partner programme earn commission on purchases made through their link and by the customers in their team, as communicated by us; commissions are paid out on request. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse.
8.Invoices
An electronic invoice is issued for every order and sent to the email address provided.
