How do I send the photo for the label?
You upload it right on the product page when you choose the personalised version. It works from your phone and from your computer.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo taken close up, so the people show clearly on the label. Photos taken with a phone are fine, but avoid screenshots and very small or dark images.
Can I see the label before it’s printed?
Yes. Send us the photo on WhatsApp and we’ll show you the proof. We reply within an hour during business hours. This step is optional: you can order directly on the site.
Do I have to order through WhatsApp?
No. You can complete the whole order directly on the site. WhatsApp is only for anyone who wants to see the proof first or has questions.
How can I pay?
Online by card, right here on the site, or cash on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 24–48 hours on working days. It can vary with the time and day of the order and the delivery location. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend are handed to the courier on Monday and usually arrive on Tuesday.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $63.00 or more. On orders under $63.00, shipping costs $5.50 and is shown in the cart before you pay.
What if the bottle arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the parcel and the bottle and message us straight away on WhatsApp or at info@lluxefruvino.com. We’ll send you a new bottle or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I return a personalised bottle?
Products personalised with your photo or an engraving are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned simply because you changed your mind. If the product arrives wrong or damaged, we’ll put it right. Full details are on the Delivery and returns page.
Where do the wines come from?
The wines are made in the Czech Republic by Rybízák s.r.o. (Fruvino) and imported and distributed in Romania by LAUREALUXE TRAVELS SRL, based in Sovata. The ingredients, allergens and all the label information are on each wine’s page.
Who can order?
Only people over 18. Selling alcoholic drinks to minors is prohibited.
