1.Who we are
The controller of your personal data is LAUREALUXE TRAVELS S.R.L. (trade register J26/1253/2023, CUI 48669507), Str. Principală nr. 180, Sovata, Mureș, Romania. Contact: info@lluxefruvino.com.
2.What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, password hash), order and delivery data (billing and delivery addresses, purchased products), reseller application data (company details), payout details for partners (account holder, IBAN), messages you send us and technical security logs (IP address, browser) for sign-ins and sensitive actions.
3.Why we process it
To perform the sales contract and deliver your order (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations such as invoicing and accounting (art. 6(1)(c)), and for our legitimate interests in securing accounts, preventing fraud and running the reseller and referral programmes (art. 6(1)(f)).
4.Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your full card details.
5.Statistics
We count page visits with an anonymous, daily-rotating identifier derived from your IP address and browser. No tracking cookies are used and the identifier cannot be linked back to you.
6.Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter (via the sign-up window, when creating an account or when placing an order), we process your email address, language, first name (if you gave it to us), the subscription source and the date and IP address of your consent, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We send the newsletter with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), an EU-based processor with whom we have a data processing agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us; on request we delete your data.
7.Retention
Order and invoicing data are kept for the period required by Romanian accounting law (currently 5 years after the financial year). Account data are kept while your account exists. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
8.Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro). Write to info@lluxefruvino.com to exercise your rights.
9.Hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger (hostinger.com).
